Project Management
We assign customers a Project Manager who acts as the primary
point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the project. The
Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful
delivery of all agreed upon services. Members of our team of
Project Managers are Prince2 qualified and possess a combination of
both experience and formal education in the training industry,
including the instructional design, creation, and delivery of
application training content.

We have extensive experience managing national
and international programs of all sizes. When managing complex
programs, the senior project manager provides a single point of
contact and key communication resource for the operational
functions and logistics, ensuring successful program delivery.
Project managers coordinate product line management, curriculum and
course development, training delivery, administration, logistics
and reporting. They typically hold between five and ten years of
experience in the training industry
One of the first steps in the successful execution of a
project is to be clear on who is responsible for specific
activities. Our project managers are responsible for regular
communication with our customers key personnel, coordination of all
required Global Knowledge resources, project status updates, and
verification that all deliverables meet our rigorous quality
control standards.
Project Managers
- Has overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the
project within the defined and agreed time and cost
constraints
- Serve as the primary contact
- Create a Statement of Work that outlines the goals,
deliverables and project timeline
- Facilitate project review meetings
- Develop and manage a project timeline
- Communicate to the internal support and delivery team
- Monitor the progress to ensure we meet the
milestones
- Flag any issues that could cause project to fail
- Implement any additional project enhancements agreed with our
customers
