Overview 

The Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Part 2 (IIUC2) course reviews the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express architecture, components, functionality, and features. This course describes the advanced features available for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express and provides a command-line interface (CLI)-based implementation guide.


Pre-Requisites

The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:

  • A working knowledge of LANs
  • A working knowledge of WANs
  • A working knowledge of IP switching and routing
  • Basic internetworking skills
  • Knowledge of traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN) operations and technologies

To gain the prerequisite skills and knowledge, Cisco strongly recommends the knowledge of the following courses:

    This course is designed for:
