640-802 CCNA	Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 1 (ICND1), Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 2 (ICND2)
OR
640-822 ICND1	Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 1 (ICND1)
640-816 ICND2	Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 2 (ICND2)

Re-certification

CCNA certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, either pass the current CCNA exam, or pass the ICND2 exam, or pass any 642 professional level or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE written exam.
