Representative
Main Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
- Help in growing the size of our
databases by Obtaining new potential customers/prospects info from
different sources and log them into the system.
- Receive customers/prospects enquiries by
telephone and/or e-mail, qualify/validate & pass to the sales
team.
- Qualify & validate all leads
resulting from different Marketing activities and passing them to
sales.
- Conduct cold calling to promote GK’s
offerings.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
and general market surveys in order to obtain customer/market
insightful information.
- Executing the database integrity project
which will lead to a more proper/clean segmented database.
- Contact customers to follow up on
initial interaction.
- Help in gathering competitive info
through mystery shopping.
- Help in driving traffic on
events/seminars
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
principles and strategies
- Relevant work experience in sales,
marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- IT/training knowledge
- Proficiency in relevant computer
applications
