1. Senior System Engineer. Code:(GK – SSE)

Knowledge, Languages Skills and Attributes

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of IT experience
  • English Fluency
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
  • Good understanding of  ITIL framework
  • Excellent command of English - spoken and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

Key Accountabilities

  • Servers Management
  • Provide servers management including maintenance, administration and configuration of all server applications
  • Perform routine administration tasks including backup and restore etc.
  • Troubleshoot and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical problems on servers’ platforms while ensuring minimum down time & user satisfaction
  • Maintain & monitor Internet connectivity
  • Create & maintain a rigid disaster recovery plan
  • IT Management Support
  • Providing advice, recommendations, and information concerning network hardware or software requirements
  • Assist in installations and upgrade of PC’s, Printers, and LAN
  • Assist in testing new applications and provide recommendations before deploying them
  • Proactive Support
  • Monitor all servers for issues that could be future problems like low hard disk space, Event Viewer errors/warnings & processor utilization
  • Update all applications with the latest service packs & patches
  • Protect against Virus attacks by regularly updating the Antivirus S/W and scanning all computers
  • Ensure & monitor the execution of a periodic servers H/W preventive maintenance plan
  • Asset management and Documentation
  • Controlling H/W and S/W usages and provide accurate and detailed documentation for their updated inventory
  • Controlling & monitoring supplies for IT equipment, providing feedback to management to correct any related problems
  • Ensure the correct licensing for all S/W used and provide feedback to management to correct any related problems
  • Keep accurate documentation for network layout, problems and procedures
  • Create reports as needed

2. System Engineer. Code:(GK – SE)

  • Good understanding of  ITIL framework

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of IT experience
  • Deep knowledge of Core Network, Security Systems and Wireless solutions
  • English Fluency
  • CCNP or CCSP certified, CCNA Wireless preferable
  • Good understanding of  ITIL framework
  • Excellent command of English - spoken and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all Cisco devices
  • Manage new projects and new installations
  • Work closely with the communication supplier (ISP)
  • Administrate the routers (add access lists, change IP’s, diagnose a problem)
  • Administrate the switches (analyze traffic, open/close ports, replace faulty)
  • Administrate the wireless connections
  • Monitor and analyze the network traffic
  • Keep accurate documentation for network layout, problems and procedures
  • System and Network security monitoring and controls, setup and installation, hardware and software troubleshooting and configuration
  • Implements information security policies and procedures for the organization
  • Act as second level of support for team members
  • Create reports as needed
  • Manage network team

4.  Network Engineer. Code:(GK – NE)

a. Security Specialist

Knowledge, Languages Skills and Attributes

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of IT experience
  • English Fluency
  • Deep knowledge of Security solutions
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Security) or CCSP certified
  • Good understanding of  ITIL framework
  • Excellent command of English - spoken and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team Player

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all Cisco devices
  • Administration  for fortiGATE UTM appliances with ( Firewall , IPS , Web filtering , Antivirus , Anti spam )
  • Work closely with the communication supplier (ISP)
  • Administration for VPN connections
  • Administrate the routers (add access lists, change IP’s, diagnose a problem)
  • Administrate the switches (analyze traffic, open/close ports, replace faulty)
  • Administrate the wireless connections
  • Monitor and analyze the network traffic
  • Keep accurate documentation for network layout, problems and procedures
