Job Title: Instructor / Consultant

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to:

  UC Program Manager

  Courses/Consulting

Objective of the Position:

• To deliver all relevant/assigned courses or tracks as per the set schedule.
• To design and implement IT consulting assignment as per scope of work and budgeted time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Instructor Responsibilities:

1. Achieves the required certification level as per the business needs.
2. Studies and qualifies himself for new introductions of classes/ topics, ensures practical coverage of all the course labs, and announces readiness to Program Manager.
3. Delivers courses/tracks as per schedule. 
4. Develops Boot Camp material and ensures its regular updates with the latest technologies.  Also develops non-scheduled customized courses based on client requirements.
5. Researches regularly new technologies to ensure covering all participants’ queries.
6. Issues a biweekly Individual Status Report with updates on progress of work and submits to Program Manager for review.
7. Prepares and issues a weekly report with the problems encountered during the course; technical problems, material problems, logistics, organizational problem, etc…
8. Ensures Lab equipment and devices are up and running efficiently before the start of any course. Also responsible for equipment safety in cases when shipment is required to client’s premises.
9. Issues an Internal technical event report on monthly basis.
10. Responsible for knowledge transfer to the new instructors upon assignment.

Consulting Responsibilities:

1. Assess in client requirements and prepare the Scope of Work including; (estimated number of days, time sheet, deliverables, required bill of material), sends to the Program Manager for review and approval.
2. Designs and implements the work as per the approved scope of work, ensuring a tested and functional solution, also responsible for the timely delivery and quality of the final deliverable to the client. 
3. Trains System Owner on implemented technical work, provides troubleshooting and technical advice upon client request.
4. Preparing new courses & business initiatives as per required by marketing & sales people.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Communication Engineering, preferred or a graduate from any discipline conditional a solid IT background.
• Valid CCNA Voice\ CCNP Voice certification is a must.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Unity Connection, Unity Express, Contact Center Express, Presence should be add-on.
• Previous experience in implementing Cisco Unified Communication-UC is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Office bases with frequent traveling requirements.

Junior Members:

• Engineering graduate (Computer or Communication).
• Fluent English (French is a plus).
• CCXP certification with 2-3 years of field experience (CCIE R&S is a plus).
• Teaching experience is a plus (CCSI and CCAI is most favorable).

Job Title: Senior Security Technical Instructor:

Desired profile:

• Excellent Presentation and communication Skills.
• Preferred  Male.
• Computer Science or Equivalent.
• 4 years Security Experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Platform ( Windows Server, ISA, Exchange, Forefront.. etc.).
• (MCSE, MITP) recommended.
• CEH or CISSP Certified (recommended).

Job Description: Conducting security courses and High end courses for the enterprises inside and outside Egypt.

Language: Fluent English is a must.

Job Title: Senior Application Technical Instructor:                                                                 

Desired profile:

• Excellent Presentation and communication Skills.
• Preferred  Male.
• Computer Science or Equivalent.
• MCSE certified, MCITP is a plus, Expert in Windows 2003 and 2008.
• Deep knowledge in at least 3 of Microsoft products (Exchange, OCS, System Center, Sharepoint, ForeFront).
• Worked as Microsoft Development Trainer at least for 2 years.

Job Description: Delivering High end courses to enterprises inside and outside Egypt.

Language: Fluent English is a must.

Job Title: Senior Development Instructor:

Skills Required:

• Excellent Presentation and communication Skills.
• Preferred  Male.
• Computer Science or Equivalent.
• Worked as Microsoft Development Trainer at least for 2 years.
• Experience in Delivering Microsoft Visual Studio technologies, SQL Server and SharePoint products.
